- Providing level 1 support to VIP users for remote/onsite and resolution to hardware and software issues involving end-user desktops/notebooks, client’s network.
- Good Hardware and software troubleshooting skills for Laptops, PC
- Familiar with Service Desk ticketing systems and process.
- Applications, networks (LAN,WAN & Wi-Fi), hardware (Desktop, Laptop, Mobile Devices, Printers etc

**Requirements**:
