**Job Title**: Site IT Support Engineer (L1)/desktop Support ( End user & VIPs Support in depth)
**Location**: Woodlands, Singapore
**Working Hours**: Office Hours (8 AM - 5 PM)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time (via Ssquad Payroll)

**Contract Duration: 12 Months ( Extendable )**
**Language**: English

**Job Summary**:
We're looking for an experienced **Site IT Support Engineer** to deliver proactive, high-quality IT support at our Woodlands office. You’ll manage L1 support, troubleshoot systems, assist users, and help maintain infrastructure in alignment with corporate IT standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide end-user support (password resets, MFA, BitLocker, onboarding, mobile/telecom, etc.)
- end user engagement experience and also deal with vip support Experience must.
- Troubleshoot devices, printers, meeting room tech, and Microsoft services (e.g., GPO, SSO)
- Manage IT assets, documentation, and ensure smooth service delivery
- Support IT projects, security compliance, and coordinate with regional teams
- Track KPIs (e.g., SLA ≥ 95%, CSAT ≥ 95%)

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years in IT support or similar role
- Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows, AD, M365, mobile devices)
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Intune, SCCM, UniFLOW) are a plus
