**Job Description**:
AVP/Senior Associate, Account Services - Operations Excellence Specialist, Consumer Banking Operations, Technology & Operations - (WD38345)

Business Function 
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. 

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as point of contact and lead end to end Project/Program management and milestone management.
- Provide project update on consistent basis and ensure smooth implementation
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including preparation of test case plan, test scripts, testing progress monitoring and status updates.
- Identify opportunities and drive operation process improvement to reduce manual processes with the objective to eliminate toil, achieve productivity gain and reduce operational errors
- Work with BU/SU and operation managers on the department’s support for their initiatives and campaigns, anticipate and analyze any impact from projects and initiatives
- Work closely with CBG business and support stakeholders to re-engineer and eliminate existing process frictions in realizing joyful employee and customer journeys
- Data driven and adopt structure approach/framework to use data and perform analysis requirement
- Assist HOD and manager on department goals and deliverables such as budgeting and resource management
- Ensure department adheres to the Risk and BCP requirements and guidelines
- Organise and co-ordinate people engagement activates such as EXSA Award, organising Team bonding Events etc.
- Co-ordinate and manage end to end BCP related activities for ACS including fire drills, power shutdown, tabletop exercise, year attestation etc

Requirement
1. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial services, banking operations, deposit product, account services, and/or project management
2. Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
3. Ability to work and cope with pressure with accuracy and commitment.
4. Ability to multi-task and manage various projects elements simultaneously.
