We are looking for dedicated and passionate **Halal Chef** individuals to join our Operation and Culinary Team

**RESPONSIBILITY**
- **Restaurant Kitchen Management**: Effective leadership of restaurant kitchen management through effective communication, coaching and development.
- **KPI Maintenance**: Promote, monitor and drive KPI’s to achieve targets
- **Food Menu & Quality**:Create new food concepts and seasonal promotions, identify opportunities and provide feedback to the Management on food quality and costing
- **Dept Reporting**:Business planning in budgeting, forecasting and identify opportunities and provide feedback to the Management
- **Training & Development**:Design training for kitchen operations. To identify improvement/development needs for kitchen and food sales area
- **Manpower Planning**: Liaise with Restaurant Manager and HR on kitchen manpower requirement and recruitment needs
- **Kitchen Management**:Responsible for food quality, costing, food safety and hygiene standards are in line with Company & Statutory requirements
- **Upkeep Good Restaurant Team Spirit**:Ability to interact with management, outlets manager and assistant manager, co-workers, members and public
- **To cook**:Cooking, be part of the cooking team to prepare dishes

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Have knowledge in Halal Kitchen Management
- Able to do shifting schedule and operation setup
- Able to lead Kitchen with a few cooks.
- Knowledgeable in Malay cuisine. But Indian & Western Cuisine will be an advantage.
- Able to do rostering.
- Knowledgeable in Kitchen Audits is a plus.
- Able to do menu planning and raw materials ordering.
- Have Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Able to work hand in hand with Operation Managers.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
