Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze business processes and workflows across technology and operations functions to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop recommendations for process enhancements, system improvements, and technology solutions to support business strategies and goals
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, evaluate options, and implement approved recommendations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management or technology consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Experience with process modeling and documentation tools (e.g. Visio, Lucidchart)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
