**Nomura Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Drive and assist in the origination and execution of investment banking deals;
- Organize and prepare marketing materials and other presentations;
- Assist in transaction execution including due diligence, transaction documentation, process management, etc.;
- Lead on valuation including development of financial models, financial statement analysis and comparable company analysis;
- Support client relationship management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of Investment Banking experience within Southeast Asia;
- Minimum of 3 years of track record in M&A transactions;
- Minimum 2 years of M&A deal experience within at least one of the following sectors: consumer, power and infrastructure, technology or financial services.
- Self-starter who is able to drive projects and workstreams;
- Advanced financial modelling and financial analytical skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Good presentation skills;
- The ability to excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines;
- A strong sense of personal integrity and teamwork, including guiding junior analysts;
- A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts;
- Fluency in English as well as any other Southeast Asian languages such as Bahasa, Thai or Vietnamese is preferred.
