Responsibilities* Assist to analyze and provide insights on Regional Bancassurance results & business drivers* Support to drive annual Bancassurance business planning, periodic forecast and report against plans* Work with insurance partners and across multiple departments to build data sources for detailed partnership analysis* Assist to develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met* Evaluate current strategies, propose & drive initiatives to improve Bancassurance business* Highlight financial opportunities and risks across the business,* Conduct market analyses for insights and trends* Facilitate best practice sharing forums to share best practices across countries* Support insurance partnership & distribution strategy* Assist to develop and present comprehensive presentation material for senior management* Assist implementation of strategic initiatives and support other ad-hoc strategic initiativesRequirements:

- Bachelors' Degree qualification in Banking, Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline with 7 - 10 years of experience in or supporting banking and/or insurance industry* Experience with MIS/financial reporting, systems, project management, planning and business analytics in banking/insurance industry preferred* Have a ?get things done?
