**Role Overview**:
As a **Centre Development & Communication Specialist (Robotics Education) **, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our **Jurong East **Centre, while occasionally supporting the Punggol branch. This is a hands-on role where you’ll assist both students and parents, providing exceptional service in a dynamic, technology-focused environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records and documentation for the center.
- Assist in scheduling, inventory management, and general administrative duties.
- Support trainers and ensure smooth coordination between staff and students.
- Occasionally travel to other locations for meetings or to cover absent staff.
- Work on weekends, as this is the busiest period.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Experience in administrative roles is an advantage.
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Drive.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on weekends and occasionally travel to other centres for work.

**Working Hours**:

- **5½-Days' Work Week**: Weekdays (Mon, Thu, Fri) from 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM; Tuesday from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
- Weekends (Sat & Sun) from 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
- One-hour break on weekends and 30-minute breaks on other weekdays (except Tuesday).
