We are now looking for passionate, skilled, and dedicated **Bakers**to join us at our **production bakery in Tai Seng**, where the magic of Singapore’s best sourdough is made daily.

If you love **wholesome food**, have a strong work ethic, and want to be part of an artisanal baking team, we want to meet you.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Collaborate with the Executive Baker and team to plan daily and weekly production.
- **Measure and mix ingredients**precisely, following recipes to maintain Starter Lab’s signature quality.
- Shape products by hand with care and consistency.
- Practice **accuracy in scaling**— because precision matters in baking.
- Maintain an eye for detail across all stages of the process**:mix, proof, shape, bake**.
- Help maintain the **cleanliness, organization, and flow**of the bakery.

**What We’re Looking For**:
At least **1 year of professional baking or pastry experience**, OR **2 years of culinary experience**.
Professional, **positive attitude**— a can-do spirit
Deep **passion for baking**and genuine curiosity to learn.
Strong communication skills and **attention to detail**.
Some experience working with **sourdough**is preferred — if not, we’ll train you if you’ve got the passion
