Our company is currently looking for a Baker to join our newly set up Bakery department. Working as a centralised kitchen model, the kitchen will produce bakery and pastry items for our outlets. We will focus on quality ingredients and creating innovative trend as our objective.

Job Responsibility:

- Set up a central production kitchen for bakery
- Design and implement operations workflow
- Exhibits creative baking and decorating talents
- Place order and do stock controlling
- Ability to recognizes superior quality products, presentations and flavor
- Responsible for personal hygiene and grooming and kitchen operations in accordance to company standards, Singapore Food Agency standards and HACCP guidelines
- Minimise food wastage of ingredients and other food items
- Work and achieve productivity level of employees

**Requirements**:

- Have a strong passion on baking
- Baking/Pastry educated preferred
- 2 years’ experience in baking for the followings
- Focaccia
- Burger Buns (Plain / Charcoal)
- Ciabatta
- Baguette
- Wholemeal Bread
- White Loaf Bread
- Brioche
- Dark Rye Bread
- Sourdough
- Croissant
- Soft Bun
- Passionate interest in development on pastries
- Ability to produce pastry preferred
- Comfortable with 6 days shift work including weekends and public holidays
