The Business Associate is a senior level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. These tasks may include managing external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Business Associate may coordinate and manage activities such as the tracking of business financials, employee headcount and other administrative needs as necessary. May manage ad hoc projects as requested. **Responsibilities**: - Serve as communications lead on strategy development and execution for internal business messaging - Advance organization/people strategy goals including communications strategy, talent strategy, and employee engagement initiatives - Assist leadership/Chief of Staff in promoting and executing communications program - Drive productivity/ cost savings initiatives in partnership with the senior management team - Participate in People Engagement Working Group and promote Voice of the Employee (VOE) communications - Identify and develop business content for deployment, to enhance brand awareness with stakeholders and clients - Advise, write and edit on company-wide communications - Develop monthly communications metrics to monitor and measure impact of the communication plan - Participate in leadership meetings to assess scope of communications needs, educate leadership on strategy, and make recommendations for achieving desired impact - Complete financial deliverables including monthly forecasts, the annual investment process, client reporting and ad hoc requests - Leverage technology and tools to enable communications and generate excitement and interest in risk communications **Qualifications**: - 6-10 years of experience in a financial services role - Communications or marketing experience preferred - Demonstrated working knowledge of financial services industry - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills **Education**: - Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Master’s degree preferred This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required. **Data CAO Training & Communications Manager (VP)** Citi is on an exciting data transformation journey and the Asia Pacific Federated Chief Data Office is leading the data culture change across the Asia Pacific region. Working closely with the Asia Pacific Data Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the Data CAO Communications & Training Manager is responsible for managing key awareness and training activities required to drive Citi’s data culture across the Asia Pacific region, centered around the adoption of the enterprise data policy, standards, operating model, and tooling. **Key responsibilities** - Ensures that the enterprise data literacy, building capability at scale and specialized content curricula reach all prioritised roles within the APAC region - Builds and publishes the regional data training schedule, in alignment with the Enterprise Chief Data Office Data Academy curricula release cycle - Tracks, monitors, and reports regional key performance metrics relating to levels of engagement and awareness, training completion, and training course effectiveness - Manages communication channels aimed at driving awareness of important data initiatives and working practices in the Asia Pacific region - Conducts data training needs analysis with key stakeholders across the region to ensure critical gaps are identified and prioritised - Works with Asia Pacific Data CAO and the Enterprise Chief Data Office to agree the prioritization, funding, and modular design of region-specific data training **Skills and Experience** - Training lifecycle management, with particular focus on alignment to skills and job families, training needs analysis, curriculum management and scheduling, blended learning content design, and culture change KPI’s - Working across communications and training in a global change and transformation initiative, or in a management consulting environment - Coordination and production of transformation communications - **Job Family Group**: Business Strategy, Management & Administration - **Job Family**: Business Administration - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
