**Background**:
Fireshot is a niche IT / AV Consultant offering reliable WiFi and Smart Tech services to discerning homeowners as well as SMEs.

We are expanding our business partnership with a Singapore ISP and require new members of our team to facilitate our growth. Below is the outline for a new job being created at Fireshot PTE. LTD.

**Work Detail Summary**:

- Full-Time role
- Start: as soon as possible
- Work Days: M-F 9:30 am - 18:00 pm | Saturday morning 09:30 am - 12:30 pm

**Requirements**:

- Education: Technical diploma, or a degree in IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience:1-2 years in IT, network installations, or a similar role.
- Certification: Not compulsory, but Ubquiti UniFi Full Stack Professional (UFSP), CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Technician (CCT), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and/or similar certifications are welcome.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in WiFi network setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Experience with installing and configuring routers, switches, and other network equipment. Knowledge of Smart Tech products (e.g., home automation devices). Able to explain the network infrastructure from ISP to Home Network; understands Fibre Broadband, ONT, ONR, Router, Switch, AP.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical clients. Problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix network issues on-site. Time management skills to handle multiple installations or appointments.

**Job Scope**:

- Attend Training to understand the Job Scope
- Contact Customers to schedule the works
- Prepare equipment in Office ready for deployment
- Fill up checklist and print
- Visit Customer Site to install Fibre Broadband and power on related equipment.
- Digital Marketing to enhance product and service visibility. _Help to make video content for each installation. _
- Attend Training to understand the Sales opportunities
- Remember your Training and use it to explain potential improvements to Client while onsite
- Help them to book a meeting with Senior Sales team to handover the opportunity to your Manager

**Success Criteria**:
Can stay focused and motivated while visiting multiple new Clients daily

Able to remember and embody the core values of Fireshot at all times

Builds strong understanding of Fireshot core business and learns to speak confidently on our Services and other Products to Homeowners

Willing to listen to Clients to understand their problem set and to refer them smoothly to your line Manager using solution selling methodology.
