**Head of Branch**
Job Scope
- Overseeing both the inbound and outbound movement of cross border inbound shipments and cross border outbound shipments.
- Operations management and SOP compliance mangement, benchmarking, and proliferation.
- Working closely with in-house networks, cross functional teams, and external providers to optimize review freight routing and service & cost performance.
- Collaborating with Network development team and other logistics team on logistics partners selection.
- Handling daily Singapore outbound customs permits (OT / OD) and collaborate with Gateway Team on Malaysia Customs permits handlings.

Requirement.
- Studies in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in international or domestic logistics and/or warehouse operation.
- Experience working in a logistic / transportation and courier industry.
- Experience in handling customs clearance.
- Certified Declarant Agent (SC101 Course Attended with certification on compliance test) will be added advantage.
- Familiar with Singapore Import/Export regulations (include Major Exporter Scheme, Known Consignor Regime, etc) will be added advantage.
- Knowledge in order warehouse management, shipping and distribution to end customer will be added advantage.
- Experience in handling vehicles maintenance will be added advantage.
- Class 3 License with clean record for 2 years.

If you are a detailed, team player and responsible person, we need you to overlook a branch of 40 manpower consist of Riders, Drivers, Customer Service and Sales & Credit Team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
