Profile

We are seeking an experienced C# Developer who has worked on one or more enterprise Windows desktop applications. This individual should also have extensive experience in database development. This person should have a proven track record of being a strong individual contributor within a team environment and work independently to deliver high quality code at a fast pace. The candidate should excel in dynamic and demanding environments, adeptly managing various priorities, and balancing them with efficiency and focus. The ideal candidate will be outspoken, a strong communicator, and decisive, with the ability to articulate their ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This role requires an individual who is technically sound and can work with minimal guidance to produce results. You will have to collaborate with colleagues from the development team, people from the business and operations, and the quality assurance team to understand and execute on requirements. The team is distributed across different regions across the world. The role will give you the ability to see the material impact of your work within the organization and its operations. Must have

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
• C#: Strong expertise in C#, capable of building robust and scalable Windows forms applications. 5+ years of hands-on
• SQL: High level of proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries, database functions and stored procedures. Capable of designing databases.
• OOP: In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming and its practical application.
• Git: Expertise in using Git for version control. Understand branching, merging and collaborative workflows.
• Communication: Strong communication skills and a high level proficiency in English is a must.

Nice to have

• Crystal Reports (iNet): Experience in building iNet Crystal reports
• Postgresql: Experience in optimizing queries and designing database for Postgresql
• Message Queues: Experience in working with message queues, specifically RabbitMQ
• Continuous Integration: Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and associated tools like GitLab CI
• Linux: Proficiency in Linux environment, including scripting and system management
• .Net Core 2.1 & Above: Experience in building services or web applications with newer versions of .net
• Javascript: Experience building front-end applications using any modern Javascript framework like React, Angular, etc.
