Network Operation Center

Job Description:
- Data collection and analysis: Gathering data from various sources and performing through analysis to identify trends and patterns for improvement opportunity.- KPI tracking and reporting: Developing and maintaining regional/ global dashboard/ reports to monitor transportation KPI such as ToT%, average lead-time and transportation cost.- Root cause analysis: Investigating inefficiencies in trade lanes to identity root causes and propose data-driven solution.- Control Tower: Support Network Operation Center (NOC) implementation with vendors across APAC region.- Collaboration and communication: Working closely with cross functional team globally for project implementation and improvement.- Process Improvement: Coordinate with NOC partner using data insights to implement improvements to drive savings.- Drive and track global saving programs- Participates in and may lead project teams. Works under limited supervision.
Qualification- Bechelor's Degree or above- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in logistics, preferably with Industrial control tower management experience- Experience in managing cross functional groups and working with regional countries- Lean six sigma / Lean experience preferred- Strong analytical skills- Preferred with SAP knowledge (such as TMS etc)- Proficient in technical skills in Microsoft Offices ,Power BI, Python
