We are seeking a motivated **Network Operation Center Consultant **to join our dynamic client's helpdesk team, a multinational leader of the video streaming industry, centralizing all services requests for assistance and delivery for their international customers (Telecom and Media).

**Scope of the role:
- Supervision and Monitoring:

- Analyze system indicators, alarms, and customer usage.
- Handle system administration and update configuration settings.
- Provide regular technical reports to customers.
- Level 1 Support:

- Detect, characterize, and summarize incidents.
- Escalate incidents to level 2 support or project teams.
- Internal and External Customer Representative:

- Collaborate with headquarters and international teams to handle complex situations.
- Primary contact for clients and third-parties during incident resolution and deployment.
- Day-to-Day Operations:

- Plan and execute scheduled operations.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks, including configuration updates and patches.
- Write technical documentation and reports for internal and customer use.
- Welcome and train new team members as an active team participant.

**Requirements:
- Previous experience in a technical support organization or monitoring team.
- Proficiency in **Linux systems **.
- Familiarity with **IP networks **, including protocols, security, and analysis tools.
- Knowledge of ELK and AWS is a plus.
- Understanding of monitoring and supervision solutions.
- Basic knowledge of server architecture and storage solutions.
- Strong initiative and commitment to customer care.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with flexibility, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
