Job Responsbilities:
1. Assist and maintain Company HSE Manual and HSE Project documentation records.
2. Updating and filing manuals, procedures, and documents as per schedule
3. Record keeping of HSE Documentation.
4. Assist in daily HSE documentation (PTW, safety signages, and manpower, etc).
5. Assist and liaison for all training registration with Clients, documentation and badge making, etc.
6. Assist new hire orientation support.
7. Assist and liaison with vendors in purchasing office supplies, PPEs, and other related project items.
8. Assist in maintaining and monitoring the PPE records.
9. Assist in handling site office equipment are all in working condition (eg printer have sufficient toner & paper)
10. Performing other relevant duties on project-based needs.
11. Carry out other duties as may be assigned from time to time by HSE Manager / HSE officer / Coordinator or Project Lead.
**Requirements**:
1. Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
2. With at least 2 years Administrative experience
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
6. Knowledge in workplace safety and health would be an advantage
7. Able to travel at TUAS area for work, with 5.5 working days per week.
