We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events and Lighting Sales and Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful event and lighting projects. If you’re passionate about events, enjoy working in a supportive team environment, and have a talent for sales, this position is for you
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Lead Follow-Up and Support:
- Proactively reach out to sales leads from various channels (inquiries, referrals, etc.).
- Work closely with the team to identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into clients.
- Track and document client interactions for follow-ups and service improvements.
Vendor and Partner Collaboration:
- Support vendor sourcing and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure smooth event and lighting operations.
Event and Lighting Coordination:
- Assist with planning and overseeing event and lighting setups, from planning to on-site setup.
- Participate in site visits to ensure logistics, lighting, and event flow meet client expectations.
Administrative and Sales Support:
- Prepare floor plans, lighting arrangements, and client proposals.
- Help maintain records of event revenue, costs, and schedules.
- Coordinate event bookings and assist with keeping calendars and schedules updated.
Client and Customer Service:
- Respond to client inquiries, offering personalized service and guidance on our offerings.
- Assist with follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Work with the team on marketing initiatives, such as promotional materials and social media updates.
- Engage with followers on social media to help promote upcoming events and lighting services.
**Requirements**:
- Friendly and organized, with strong multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and team members.
- Comfortable using office software (Microsoft Office) and social media for event and lighting promotion.
Interest or experience in events, lighting, or sales is a plus.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (required)
