Relocation Expert

**Purpose of the role**

Sanelo is a growing brand within the Santa Fe group targeting the consumer section. Its primary goal is to be a moving

and relocation company offering all services for relocating individuals and families.

As part of the business development plan for Sanelo, we have the need for an experienced customer service professional to join our growing team. We are searching for an independent and motivated individual who has strong communication skills, ability to work fast and efficiently and works well in a team to own and manage relocations across borders.

Overall responsibilities

While not exhaustive, this role will mostly entail:

- Brief and counsel customers on the requirements for their relocation. Outline what is required from them as an individual and how Sanelo will work with them to move them to their new country or residence
- Explain the process they are about to undertake and take overall responsibility for the execution o the move
- Effectively manage expectations of the customer throughout the duration of the relocation
- Collect all necessary documentation to allow a cross border relocation to be a success
- Actively answer customers questions and proactively look for solutions for problems that arise
- Work with the support team members in ensuring the relocation is managed efficiently and compliantly
- Drive positive customer experiences that are then reflected in consistent CSAT scores of a high level
- Manage the profitability of each relocation to ensure costs stay within the budget or extras are collected

**Skills required to be successful**

Direct experience is an advantage however not a requirement. To be successful in this role we would like to see applicants that have:

- 2 years experience in customer service or logistics type roles
- Positive attitude and keen approach to interacting with team members
- Experience in working with CRM's or data heavy systems
- Ability to prioritize and manage a demanding workload
- Be able to show empathy when problems arise

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
