At Element Logic Singapore, we are in the early stages of an exciting journey. Since our establishment in early 2023, our team has grown to four highly skilled professionals, and we’re now looking for a **Regional Finance Manager** to join our team.

As the Regional Finance Manager, you will be the trusted advisor for statutory requirements, the go-to resource for business operations, and an integral member of the local management team. Collaborating closely with the CEO APAC and regional leaders, you will provide critical financial insights, analysis, and support to drive strategic decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take full ownership of end-to-end accounting and financial reporting processes for assigned legal entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as a strategic and analytical business partner to local management, providing insights and support for decision-making.
- Act as the in-house expert on local statutory requirements, including tax regulations and complex accounting matters, while offering guidance to other countries within your remit.
- Collaborate actively with Group Finance functions to align financial strategies and goals.
- Represent the Finance team at the regional and local levels, fostering strong relationships and communication.
- Over time, become the leader of the regional finance team.

This role involves travel across the APAC and MEA regions. The openness and flexibility to travel is expected. If market development, company needs or circumstances change, the employer may perform changes to the role responsibilities encompassed by this role. However, such changes will be discussed with the employee before being implemented.

**Desired skills and experience**:

- Higher financial education, preferably master's degree in economics / finance, etc. with strong academic results.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience from a similar position, alternatively auditing / consulting.
- Knowledge of local GAAP and statutory reporting requirements (VAT, payroll etc.).
- Experience, ability and interest in understanding the commercial business, including value-drivers and underlying business model.
- Experience with working in an international environment is a plus.
- Experience with proactively and reactively support local management with analysis, facts and figures, including follow-up of KPIs and local P&L.
- Experience with using ERP as an enabler to improve processes.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable communicating with internal and external customers.
