**A. Overall Purpose Of The Job**:

- Experience in Microsoft SharePoint Online and/or Power Platform. This role will serve as a technical advisor to develop technical briefs, training slides, policies, processes, and procedures, including other technical advisory support related to SharePoint Online. This role additionally requires SharePoint Migration expertise for transitioning from various on-premises SharePoint to cloud enabled environment & SharePoint 2016/2019. This work will include assisting the customer’s organization to identify, capture, catalog, classify, retrieve, and share intellectual capital and information content. An understanding of Content Management, Knowledge Management, and Records Management is required for this role.
- This individual will work with End User Computing, Business Line leads, Group Program managers, Project Stakeholders, IT Support Staff, and end-users in the planning & implementation of SharePoint projects.

**B. Key Responsibilities**:

- Capture SharePoint migration requirements for design and development using requirements workshops, business process descriptions, business analysis, and process
- Gather and evaluate from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into detail, identify risks, and feasibility analysis.
- Design, organize, build and maintain SharePoint sites across all departments and migrate relevant content from the old site to the new SharePoint Online site.
- Translate technical information into business language to ensure understanding of the requirements by both technical and non-technical
- Operate as the liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams.
- Support the project manager and other team members in planning deliverables, scope, schedule, and other aspects of the project
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements: Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs.
- Provide the necessary training and knowledge to our End Users for adoption of SharePoint Platform

**C. Job Profile**:**Required Work Experience**:

- 6+ years in SharePoint Administration - Preferred at least 1 year in SharePoint Online
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting the Microsoft SharePoint and/or Power Platform environments. Experience in both is preferred, but extensive experience in one with a willingness to learn the other will be considered.
- Experience in the migration of SharePoint content from legacy SharePoint Server (SPS) to SharePoint Online (SPO)
- Experience building sites and using webparts to create visually appealing pages for user consumption
- Experience developing governance and policy for SharePoint Online and/or the Power Platform
- Experience migrating sites and data to SharePoint Online from legacy SharePoint sites and drive-based file stores (with or without 3rd party tools).
- Experience dealing with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or similar sensitive content and knowledge of configuring SharePoint Online to securely support such content.
- Experience in developing business solutions in Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft PowerBI is highly preferred.
- Ability to develop in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Organization Change Management or ITIL experience/knowledge.
