ITG oversees the development and operations of core IT infrastructure, enterprise networks, and enterprise applications.

SharePoint Engineer

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the enterprise's SharePoint environments both on-premises and cloud-based (SharePoint Online)
  • Ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and optimized for collaboration, document management, and business process automation
  • Work closely with various IT teams to deliver reliable and user-friendly SharePoint solutions
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Computer & Information Science, Computer Information Systems or Information Systems
  • 3+ years of experience administering SharePoint environments (on-prem and/or SharePoint Online)
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 integration
  • Experience with SharePoint migration tools and third-party solutions like Nintex and SharePoint
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, security, and performance tuning
  • Install, configure, and maintain SharePoint environments (SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online). Manage site collections, libraries, lists, permissions, and user access controls
  • Monitor system performance, perform regular maintenance, and apply patches and updates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues, including Nintex workflows, Power Automate flows, and integration with Microsoft 365 services
  • Support SharePoint migrations (e.g., SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint SE) and license management
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SharePoint configurations, policies, and procedures
  • Provide end-user support and training to enhance adoption and effective use of SharePoint
