**About the Job**:
The Senior Executive, External Relations (Strategic Partnerships and Engagement), plays a key role in supporting client-facing projects, strategic partnerships, and external engagement efforts. This position requires a proactive team player who can also work independently to drive initiatives, manage stakeholders, and contribute to impactful project delivery.

Working closely with the Team Lead, the appointee will support the end-to-end execution of a range of activities - business development activities, stakeholder engagement, project management and delivery, and strategic initiatives that contribute to the growth and impact of SUSS’ project efforts under Strategic Partnership and Engagement.

**What You Will Be Doing**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development and Strategic Support**
- Proactively build and maintain networks across industry, public, and community sectors to uncover strategic opportunities.
- Assist in sourcing, developing, and nurturing new partnerships, research cum consulting-type business engagements.
- Support the preparation of project proposals, quotations, and presentation decks tailored to client needs.

**Stakeholder and Relationship Management**
- Support the Team Lead in sustaining key stakeholder relationships and driving strategic collaborations.
- Take ownership of day-to-day coordination and follow-up efforts with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Project Management and Coordination**
- Independently manage assigned project workstreams, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams and external collaborators for the effective execution of research, consulting, and strategic engagement projects.
- Track project progress, flag risks, and support alignment with overall objectives.
- Manage backend operations including documentation, logistics, and administrative support for smooth implementation.
- Participate directly in project execution work as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Human Capital, or Learning & Development.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in multi-party stakeholder engagement, project management, consulting, and/or applied research projects.
- Strong organisational, execution, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- High learning agility, be able to work under time pressure, and be highly adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative and resourceful mindset, with the ability to work proactively in both structured and evolving context.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required (up to 30%).
