**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the **Operations Manager**in planning and executing daily operational tasks.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across drivers and sites to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Conduct and document **Toolbox Meetings**on-site to communicate safety protocols, operational updates, and address concerns.
- Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to resolve operational issues and maintain seamless communication.
- Maintain accurate operational records, track driver assignments, delivery schedules, and site activities.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of **routes across Singapore**to optimize deliveries, and driver assignments.
- Identify operational challenges, propose solutions, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Assist in preparing reports, schedules, and documentation as required by management.

- **Route Knowledge**:Familiarity with Singapore’s islandwide road network to support efficient site operations.

**Education & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **GCE O-Level**qualification.
- Diploma or degree in **Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields**is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in administrative, operations, or logistics support roles is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience through internships or entry-level roles such as Administrative Assistant or Operations Assistant will be considered.
