Our facility in Singapore has key functions in research and development, procurement, sales and finance for our Lighting and Detection business lines, in addition to key functions related to our Optics Manufacturing capabilities.
We are presently seeking an Senior HR Advisor that will continue to be responsible for the development, implementation and management of the site’s communication activities, organizational development, learning and development, and employee relations programme, in line with business objectives and strategies.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage all aspect of site Human Resources policies & procedures pertinent to Communications, Benefits Administration, Perfor-mance Management and Learning & Development, etc. to ensure HR systems effectively meet the business needs, and are in com-pliance with local employment act and regulations.
- Manage the administration of all Learning & Development programmes and initiatives, e.g. Training Needs Analysis, New Employee Orientation Programme (NEOP), Part-Time Course Sponsorship Programme, monitoring and evaluation of training budgets and programmes, training grants administration, training records, etc.
- Manage the ENGAGE Learning Management System on SAP SuccessFactor, providing guidance on online learning.
- Manage and provide guidance on issues relating to all site Communication Strategies, e.g. corporate-driven materials (logos, templates, Mission, Vision & Values, SpeakUp posters), regional newletters, HR Sharepoint, organizational announcements, organizational charts, townhall, skip levels, 4WINS, etc.
- Manage all aspects of regulatory and standards audits to ensure compliance, e.g. ISO 9001 & 14000, AS9100D, etc.
- Manage all aspects of Employee Relations matters and site events, e.g. People Committes under Social & Recreation Committee, Canteen Committee and related vendors, Shuttle Bus, Festive Gifts & Activities, Birthday gifts, Workplace Health Programmes, etc.
- Support Diversity & Inclusion matters through the PWNET Asia group activities.
- Engage employees at all levels by being attuned to ground sentiments and work with business partners to manage employees’ issues through enhanced communications and partnering.
- Support and provide guidance on the Employee Engagement & Voice of Customer Surveys (EES & VOC) processes to achieve high level of employee satisfaction and talent development.
- Provide support to the HR team towards a high level of performance with a common vision.
- Performs special assignments and projects as required.
**Requirements**:
- Degree with post-graduate certification in Human Resource Management preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience;
- Experienced in leading a team and/or committees;
- Work experience in manufacturing industry preferred;
- Knowledgeable in Singapore Employment Act.
- Proficient in MS Office software;
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent written and verbal command of English
- Organized and able to multi-task;
- Able to work independently or as a team player.
