**Position Overview**:
The Business Continuity and Resilience function sits within the Global Security & Asset Protection group supporting the sustainability and survivability of The Coca-Cola System and brands by safeguarding our people, consumer health and safety, reputation and revenue. The position will report to the Sr. Director Business Resilience, the role provides operational program support and guidance across the business system including but not limited to Incident Management and Crisis Resolution (IMCR), Business Continuity (BC), Risk Mitigation, Emergency Planning, and other core risk treatments.

**Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead on the Incident Management and Crisis Response (IMCR) and Business Continuity implementation and continuous improvement for the Asia-Pacific Region (APAC) and embed the programs with specific focus on Cyber risks
- Support the IMCR and Business Continuity program leads with the roll-out and continuous improvement of the programs across the globe.
- Provide guidance to Business Continuity Coordinators across the organization (primarily the APAC region), acting as their key point of contact for Business Continuity, providing them with the knowledge and resources required to succeed in implementing Business Continuity.
- Provide training and facilitate live table-top exercises to test BCP and IMCE capabilities

**Education Requirements**:

- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of ISO 22301

**Related Work Experience**:

- Proven experience in Incident Management and Business Continuity
- Knowledge of cyber security s

**Functional Skills**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships/stakeholder management
- Proven ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate and execute complex projects.
- Must possess the ability to seek alternatives and recommend best solutions that gain all parties support and lead to win-win results.
