Senior Analyst

The Digital & Technology Services organization is transforming how Coca-Cola leverages data across the entire company. We passionately develop and scale leading data capabilities for Coca-Cola, driving growth and delighting our business stakeholders through insight-led decision making.

Key Tasks
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders across the organization to translate challenging business problems into impactful predictive and prescriptive data solutions
- Design, optimize, and productize advanced analytics algorithms to address these problems
- Collaborate with data engineers, data stewards, product owners and business users to lead projects through the end-to-end advanced analytics lifecycle, including data wrangling, exploratory analysis, hypothesis testing, modeling, rapid prototyping, business validation/testing, and operational deployment
- Leverage a diverse set of large structured and unstructured data to derive meaningful insights and information sets for modeling
- Communicate complex analytical work to a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Build and maintain a robust library of solutions, reusable templates, algorithms and supporting code
- Provide expertise on mathematical / statistical concepts and inspire adoption of advanced analytics

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s Degree in applied statistics, applied math, Data Science, or related quantitative discipline
- End-to-end experience with a broad set of data modelling technologies and machine learning models to solve specific business problems (forecasting, econometric modelling, segmentation, route / assortment optimization, growth opportunities identification)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytical concepts and results at multiple levels to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing large data sets of multiple sources
- Working experience in large-scale data wrangling with relational databases and/or Spark
- Working experience in scripting and programming with Python and SQL
- Experience with the Microsoft Azure analytics stack (Cosmos DB, Azure Synapse, Azure ML, Databricks)
- Experience with PySpark, Pandas/Koalas
- Experience with R is considered a plus
- Experience in the FMCG industry is considered a plus
- Experience with code version control platforms like GitHub, GitLab or Azure DevOps is considered a plus
- Willing to work in an agile / scrum framework
