The Coca-Cola Company is looking for a Data & Analytics - Senior Analyst to lead planning, execution, and delivery of new or improved Data & Analytics products and solutions. This role will translate business needs to product features and functionality to drive growth objectives. Is accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects according to plan. Will report into Product Lead - Data and Analytics ASP.

What You’ll Do for Us

The Senior Analyst key responsibilities are:

- Works closely with ASP business leaders to understand business needs and demand for new or improved functionality and features of Data & Analytics product(s). Will design and execute solutions to address opportunities.
- Will assess, capture, and translate complex business requirements into technical requirements, use cases, and execute solution design with clear concise documentation.
- Will extract additional value from analytics products by serving as an advocate of data and insight to empower and drive adoption of self-service analytics building system wide capability
- Maintains the product backlog and has final decision rights on overall priority order.
- Help facilitates change management, adoption, and delivery of the product.
- Tracks and monitors and make recommendations on the utilization, quality and overall value of the product.
- Collaborates with other product teams, and data operations and regional teams to share and implement new data products and resolve product issues.
- Lead a team of developers to ensure portfolio of products and solutions deliver value to the business at pace and scale.
- You will ensure, when appropriate, that your team follow strong product management and agile ways of working

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent required
- 4+ years of experience in Analytics field and/or management experience
- Data, Digital or Analytics Product Management and Agile/ DevOps experience
- Has insights experience and the ability to integrate and drive meaning with multiple data sets to create insights
- Demonstrated problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills with experience managing multiple simultaneous projects
- Has experience working in either FMCG or CPG companies
- A passion to learn/develop and bring in emerging trends/technology that drive further insight value
- Experience in working with agile teams
- SQL skills and Experience in querying big data environments required
- Skills in Power BI as an additional advantage
