This is an individual contributor role and reports directly to the Assistant Director, Digital Marketing.

**What You Can Expect**

As a key member of the Digital Marketing team, your primary areas of focus will include, but not be limited to the following:

- Develop and implement the roadmap for the optimisation of HPB’s MarTech stack to enhance digital marketing capabilities, drive seamless integration between tools and platforms, and leverage data-driven insights to deliver impactful marketing outcomes.
- Foster close partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors and partners to ensure end-to-end project delivery.
- Be a thought leader to analyse emerging trends in Digital Marketing and translate them into actionable plans for HPB Corporate Marketing division through organising and conducting workshops, trainings and knowledge-sharing sessions.

**Be Part of the Team**
- Relevant qualifications or experience in Digital Marketing/ Martech, Business Marketing Communications or a related field
- Strong project management skills;
- Excellent written communications, presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively drive collaboration across internal and external matrix teams;
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, navigate complexity and perform under pressure.
- Budget management expertise;
