**Responsibilities**:

- Review clients portfolio regularly and suggest trade ideas, ideas for enhancement of portfolio return for clients and monitor portfolios for rebalancing purposes
- Transpose portfolio manager’s orders to systems, making sure they are executed according to the procedures in place
- Monitor adherence of funds and client portfolios to the investment mandate and risk/return profile
- Provide support in the activities related to portfolio management: manage administrative tasks, update database and manage cash accounts and payment instructions, manage operations linked to the update of client’s investment profiles
- Produce investment research under the guidance of the Senior Portfolio Manager and CIO
- Contribute to keep the database that monitor DPM activities up-to-date
- Prepare reports to clients on the performance of their portfolios
- Prepare investment proposals to be presented to clients
- Contribute to enhance operational efficiency and to continuously improve DPM activities
- Support sales team whenever necessary and applicable
- Handle all relevant client communications
- Participate in the companies marketing activities whenever relevant
- And such other tasks that maybe required to ensure efficient operations of Funds, DPM and investment department in general

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business or related field.
- 5-10 year of work experience.
- Proficiency in English and Russian
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem solving ability.
- Outstanding organisational skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise work.
- Ability to work independently.
- Methodical, diligent, with good planning abilities.
