- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
- Salary Package**:Up to $3,750 + Variable Bonus**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and support in-house hardware, software licenses, servers, and network.
- Manage end-of-lease equipment.
- Liaise with auditors on IT issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot networking equipment such as switches, routers, intranet/internet, and firewalls.
- Maintain and troubleshoot problems related to company servers and in-house systems promptly.
- Monitor, investigate, rectify, and update computer virus issues.
- Perform daily routine tasks and system operations for LAN/WAN, hardware, and CCTV.
- Provide regular maintenance and housekeeping for servers.
- Diagnose and resolve user problems on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and IT-related equipment.
- Provide level 1 support for infrastructure issues.
- Ensure IT systems and facility operations comply with organizational policies and safety standards.

- At least a Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of related working experience.
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows 2008 and Microsoft Windows 7.0 & above.
- Knowledgeable in ERP (NetSuite) would be a plus.
- Knowledgeable with ITIL would be an advantage.
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
