Assistant Manager, Management Reporting

**JOB DESCRIPTION:
- **
- Liaise with key business units to provide timely updates for management reporting;
- Assist in the preparation of management presentation decks;
- Provide support in periodic forecasting activities of sales and manpower across all channels;
- Consolidate and track key activities and ongoing projects to support budget forecast;
- Provide ad hoc regional strategy and development support as required, including supporting the planning and implementation of strategic projects and initiatives.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- **
- Diploma/Degree in business management/ finance or relevant qualifications;
- At least 2-3 years working experience in Business or analytical background in finance industry will be an advantage;
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, & Powerpoint);
- Working knowledge of analytical tools such Qlikview and Tableau will be a plus;
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Possess strong analytical, interpersonal skills and good problem solving ability;
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights
- Pro-active and independent individual; and
- Able to work effectively with mínimal management guidance and supervision;
- High level of integrity takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork;
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
