HR Admin Assistant (Part-Time 3X a week)
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with HR Manager to identify staffing needs
- Plan interview and selection procedures, and in-person interviews etc
- Keep records of all materials and related paperwork used for recruitment
- Assist in Onboarding and Offboarding of staff
- General Admin duties as and when required
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Meticulous and organized
- Able to work independently
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $1,100.00 per month
**Education**:
- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
