**Requirements**:

- Experience in vendor management
- Competent in presentations with higher management to prepare dashboards in power BI
- Able to adopt hands on approach when needed
- Self-Learning Ability
- Able to adopt hands on approach when needed
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Familiar with end-to end HR operations
- Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with employees and external contacts. Able to communicate impactfully and influencing people positively.
- An individual who is passionate, diligent and energized. Ability to take initiatives and willing to continuous improvement
