**Who we're looking for**

We are looking for an experience Analyst Developer (Functional-Technical Consultant) within an Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle EBS development environment to join the HR Technology Team that is made up of technical and functional specialists who provide Delivery and 3rd Line Support function to the Global HR Domain. Currently the team’s primary focus is on moving our Core HR platform to Oracle Cloud technology.

The role will be based in our APAC regional hub in Singapore, with a mix of working from home as well as working from our central business district office in Capita Green.

**What you will do**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Functional design to address key business requirements
- Analyse and resolve production issues in a 3rd line support capacity
- Assist with configuration and deployments and support user testing as required
- Follow IT standards for change control, version control and release control.
- Work within the SAFe Agile framework and adopt Agile working practices

**The knowledge, experience, and qualifications you need**
- Experience as a functional or technical consultant working across some of the HR business areas eg HR Operations, Compensation and Benefits, Performance and Talent Management, Recruitment and Absence Management
- Have worked on at least one Oracle HCM cloud implementation project
- Experience of a migration programme from Oracle EBS on Premise to Oracle HCM Cloud
- Experience in development lifecycle and working within IT delivery team
- Experienced in use of change management tools and processes and version control

**The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help**
- Experience of a migration programme from Oracle EBS on Premise to Oracle HCM Cloud
- Experience of Taleo Recruitment and/or OnBoarding
- Proven experience in the Oracle development environment including: SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Workflow
- Experience of OBIEE Tools in Oracle Cloud (OTBI and BI Publisher)
- Experience working within an Agile team
- OA Framework, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, BI Publisher
