Management Reporting

1. Monthly actual results reporting and analysis
- Prepare mid-month forecast and quarterly reporting
- Perform variance analysis and provide financial insight
- Timely submission of reporting package to HQ

Annual Plan and Budget

1. Liaise with HODs to collate annual plan and quarterly budget

2. Organise internal review with management team

3. Prepare and submit the reporting package to HQ

Fixed Asset Management

1. Responsible for Capital Expenditure budget tracking and cashflow requirement.

2. Ensure relevant approval processes are adhered to for acquisition, transfer and disposal.

3. Timely and accurate recording of Fixed Asset capitalisation, transfer, disposal and depreciation.

4. Organise periodic Fixed Asset sighting and audit for compliance to statutory requirement and internal risk management.

5. In charge of EDB audit for Fixed Asset and to liase with external auditor for such project.

6. Actively participate in digitalisation of 5-Year Capex planning and migration of Fixed Asset module to ERP systems.

Others

1. Be part of the team to establish and improve Finance SOP
- Tracking of investment and business spending for government incentives update
- Any other tasks as assigned by the FP&A Manager

**Prerequisite**:
1. Degree in Accountancy/ACCA

2. 3-5 years of relevant working experience in FP&A and accounting roles

3. Energetic, meticulous with keen to learn

4. Good problem solving and communication skills

5. Excellent Excel skills

6. Experience in ERP systems preferred
