We are conducting a confidential search for a General Manager to lead the Singapore business — driving commercial growth, operational excellence, and superior customer experience across multiple sites. The ideal candidate is a highly strategic, performance-driven leader with strong business acumen and a proven record in managing large-scale, customer-centric operations. You must be adept at leading cross-functional teams, leveraging data to guide decisions, and delivering measurable business results in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee P&L ownership and overall business performance across Singapore operations. Lead multi-site and multi-store management , ensuring consistency, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Develop and execute strategies to drive commercial growth, cost optimization, and operational excellence . Utilize data and analytics to monitor KPIs, identify improvement areas, and guide strategic decisions. Lead and inspire cross-functional teams across operations, sales, marketing, finance, and HR, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Drive a customer-centric culture that enhances brand reputation and service delivery. Partner with regional leadership to align Singapore operations with group strategy and expansion plans. Ensure adherence to corporate policies, financial discipline, and local regulatory compliance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA would be a plus . Minimum 15 years of experience in senior operations or general management roles within retail, F&B, hospitality, or real estate sectors . Proven experience managing large teams and multi-site operations with full P&L accountability. Strong business acumen , commercial mindset, and ability to translate strategy into execution. Data-driven leadership style with experience managing KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics . Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Regional exposure and experience in cross-border operations is a strong plus. Fluent in English ; proficiency in other Asian languages advantageous.
