Exec/mgr, Business Development

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive/Manager to support the Business Development Department and company’s growth strategy.
Your job as a business development executive is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a strong working relationship with customers and to harness technology and digital solutions to enhance the effectiveness of business development strategies implemented.
The roles and responsibilities of a successful incumbent would be:
**Business Development**
- Manage the business development process from cold-calling, to prepare sales quotation, make presentation to clinche the deal, follow up with contracts and re-contract etc.
- Provide security consultancy and recommendation of security solutions (manpower and technology) to customers, including implementation of technology project and co-ordinate with technician / supplier
- Oversee technician and supplier to provide after sales maintenance services and updates of technology solutions
- Work with Ops and HR to ensure business clinched are delivered successfully.
**Customer Engagement and Service**
- Oversee the CRM and work with Ops & HR to continuously improve service provision and processes and ensure customer satisfaction
- Arrange and attend business briefings/meetings with prospective or existing clients as required
- Create a strong company branding through good customer service, reviews and a strong service culture
- Build goodwill with new and existing customers through initiatives such as year-end corporate gifts and participate in CSR projects.
- Introduce innovative ways to engage customers and improve customer engagement.
- Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients to grow the business
- Motivate and supervise the team towards greater heights
- Prepare and present regular business development reports to management.
