Office of Staff Development - Snr Exec/ Asst Mgr (Learning & Development)You will be part of the team that drives and implements the various staff capability building and Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives to meet RP's organisational needs. You will be involved in a diverse range of activities to support the Polytechnic's L&D Framework and strategies and will play a part in the design and implementation of L&D interventions and programmes. Key Responsibilities Plan, design and execute L&D strategies and processes to develop and engage all levels of staff at the Polytechnic. Partner and work with internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of the training programmes and interventions. Ensure the relevance of learning and development related policies and guidelines. Manage training administration matters which includes L&D operations, overseas training trip requests, preparation of management reports, and addressing staff queries on learning matters. Identify & review potential areas of process improvement and be part of the team to develop suitable solutions to meet the delivery gaps. Qualifications Relevant qualification in Human Resources or Business Management, or its related fields. At least three years of relevant work experience in policy implementation work, with familiarity in progressive learning and development practices and trends. Prior experience in the public sector is preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication, management and writing skills. A team player who is independent, resilient, resourceful and comfortable with taking a hands‐on approach. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, SharePoint) and digitally proficient to learn the use of new learning tools. Some experience with Workday HCM, SAP HR, Robotics Process Automation, Power Automate, Chatbots and Macro programming will be advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
