Proven experience in program coordination and administration
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Have SAP project management experience
- Strong prioritization and organization skills to balance critical priorities
- A robust customer-centric approach
- Technical skills required are, MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease
**Desired Skills & Experience**:
- Bright, outgoing personality with a positive outlook and strong team-working
- Tenacious and willing to work outside of contractual hours on some occasions, to complete tasks
- Ability to develop immediate credibility with all levels of consultants and acquire an in-depth understanding of the business and customers
- Ability to convey decisions and requirements clearly and appropriately
- Diplomatic but with assertive conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills, identifying and balancing the needs of the individual, the client, and the organization
- Confident in managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines, with a desire to succeed in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
- Desire to learn and develop, keeping up to date with market trends
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
- Experience in a Professional Services Company
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
- Willing to travel
- Good communication skills
