**Role Summary and Overall Responsibilities**

This role will encompass working with senior sales to provide high-quality sales coverage on commodity derivatives to clients of Marex Solutions. This includes below tasks:

- Manage existing client relationships
- Trade pricing and execution
- Providing market colour to clients
- KYC/Onboarding and credit approvals

The role will provide opportunity to develop as an independent salesperson focussing on origination of new clients and own PNL responsibility

**Description of Department**

Marex Solutions, a division of Marex Group, is the industry's fastest growing specialist producer of tailored OTC derivatives and Structured Products. We specialize in devising and selling customized derivative products on Equities, Commodities, Credit, FX, Funds, Fixed Income and Digital Assets. These products are currently distributed to customers through two specialist channels - Hedging Solutions and Financial Products for Corporates and Investor clients respectively.

**Competencies, Skills and Experience**
- Formal education in finance with understanding of financial statements and familiarity with credit analysis
- Exposure to financial markets and knowledge of financial derivatives (futures, swaps, options) will be a plus.
- Hunger to learn and put in effort to achieve team goals
- Strong customer focus and ability to work in teams and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
- Strong risk and compliance ethic with ability to conduct business within Company's policies & procedures and applicable rules and regulations
