The **Global Digital Commerce Excellence Lead **plays a critical role in the Global eCommerce Center of Excellence team - the Global eComm COE team sets MDLZ’s long-term eCommerce strategy & roadmap and works with BUs to deliver on digital commerce ambition. The Global COE team also provides thought-leadership, shares best practices, develops playbooks and provides trainings. The **Global Digital Commerce Excellence Lead **will be responsible for driving global excellence across the Digital Shelf, eRetail Media & the Flywheel. This role will also be responsible for driving the Digital Commerce people capability agenda, to upskill the organization on Digital Commerce. This role will play a pivotal role in building best in class Digital Commerce capability across the organization for us to deliver Vision 2030.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Support delivery of **AC Target for NR & Share**
- Lead the **people capability agenda **and **upskill **the organization on Digital Commerce. Developing the best eCommerce talent, and building the cross functional know how across the wider business to deliver V2030
- Manage and host the eCommerce Podcast and the Digital Commerce Intranet site
- Drive **Digital Shelf **content excellence. Lead global project to transform Digital Shelf content operations.
- Drive excellence across **eCommerce advertising **through driving best practice in eRetail Media, Search and Activations, and optimization of eCommerce advertising creative assets. Partner with Consumer Experience (CX) to drive the CX-eCommerce acceleration strategy.
- Step change **Flywheel execution **in top 8 markets to drive increased traffic and conversion.
- Responsible for mapping **commercial needs of digital Technology **for BUs, in partnership with MDS (MDLZ Digital Service) to develop roadmap and deployment plan for critical capabilities in BUs
- Act as **AMEA liaison **for Global eComm team, Organize & lead Quarterly AMEA QBR
- Represent Digital Commerce on Global **Cadbury **Growth Acceleration Team.
