Responsible for processing trade transactions for an assigned portfolio of clients designated by Head of ITS Department.
- Adequately process and execute export/import transactions for trade finance products of LC, SBLC, Guarantee, Collection and Trade loan strictly adhering to the SOP, Compliance and other rules of Rabobank, ICC rules as well as Singapore regulations
- Ensure funds for back-to-back or front-to-back export receivable is properly followed up and utilized for liquidation of related import transactions.
- Ensure adequate levels of checking of shipping documents presented under LC, particularly those are under confirmed LC, back-to-back, front-to-back and other structured on self-liquidating basis. Effectively liaise with customers for rectification of discrepancies found in documents.
- Ensure risk awareness and operational risk control on all transactions for trade products, Compliance sanction, trade fraud and money laundry in order to prevent any operational incident.
- Ensure to control daily past due transactions, reports and proper reporting of funds movement and timely reconciliation of nostro accounts.
- Deliver high quality and efficient customer services and help Team lead/Head of Department to manage customer expectation and risk in terms of complex transactions.
- Ensure good collaboration with other ITS team members and ITS stakeholders (TCF RM’s, CCM, Compliance, etc.) to maintain an excellent and risk in control customer relationship.
- Any other job duties and tasks assigned by Team Lead or Head of Department from time to time.
