**What the role is**

**What you will be working on**
- The principal accountabilities of the job holder are (but not limited to): - Strategise, plan, review and analysis of Infrastructure projects that scale across HTDs, this include planning, project execution, technical support, financial and operation support. Eg. Tech refresh of EUCD, etc. - Enhance HTD experience with Central Services team to provide Infra support for projects that scale across HTDs to achieve standardization, consistency and alignment. - Collaborate and work with Home Team Departments, Project Teams, and Operational Users to strengthen and enhance the maintenance of the assigned Projects, to ensure timely, effective and quality review of Infra project proposals. - Responsible for timely projects delivery, projects quality support and competent technical infrastructure support services. - Responsible for formulation of Operation and Support Standards and Guidelines for Infra Systems across MHA/HTX for ease of maintenance and ensure compliance. - Review and recommend obsolescence management, system refresh, and mid-life upgrade approaches. - Manage and monitor the existing ICT networks and infrastructures to ensure their operation availability and serviceability. - Manage vendors to ensure they meet contractual and Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, and to take appropriate corrective actions. - Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or Management.

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or its equivalent. Knowledge of Cybersecurity, Security by Design or its equivalent will be an added advantage. - Preferably at least 8 years of relevant working experience in enterprise ICT network and infrastructure, IoT technology, mobile/wireless technology. Experience in Security Information and Event Management, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing and cloud security will be an added advantage. - Prior experience working in data centres and security operation rooms will be an added advantage. - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification would be an advantage. - Strong planning and project management skills, with facilitation skills, analytical, problem-solving skills and organising capabilities - Ability to multi-task and manage various project simultaneously. - Preferably possess crisis leadership and project management skills. - Good communication (both oral and written), presentation, negotiation as well as strong project, vendor and contract management skills would be preferred. - Strong interest in technology and innovation. - Competent, self-motivated, pro-active, dedicated and responsible. - Possess good written, presentation and communication skills. - Willing to learn and pick up new skills. He/She: - is excellent in communication (both oral and written), presentation, and negotiation;
- has strong project, vendor, and contract-management skills;
- is able to work independently without the need for close supervision;
