**Responsibilities**:
- Formulate and execute multi-channel marketing, communications and PR strategies and campaigns that are in line with corporate strategy and brand guidelines to achieve corporate targets.
- Develop local messaging and campaigns with in-country leads to establish the brand and be the central support resource to support in-country team engagement of local stakeholders, including governments, communities, and partners.
- Proactively develop press releases, articles, speeches, social media, and advertisements for digital, print and broadcast media. Maintain relations with media partners.
- Create and maintain new marketing collaterals including corporate videos, brochures, and project references.
- Ensure regional webpages and the company’s social media channels are updated and relevant.
- Identify regional events, including conferences, seminars, roadshows, and exhibitions, to attend or sponsor that will maximise brand exposure.
- Organize executive speaker placements and interviews to establish thought leadership.
- Maintain relevant intellectual property such as local trademark registrations.
- Act as the end-to-end owner for the company’s internal communications plan, execution, and tools.
- Planning, budgeting, and monitoring of department expenditures.
**Your Skills**:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least five years’ experience in B2B traditional/digital communications, strategy, and channels management with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of content development and knowledge of SEM/SEO would be advantageous.
- A strong network of PR and media contacts would be highly advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional Asian regional language a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
- Hands-on, energetic, fast paced, and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Preferably experience in brand management and brand building within entrepreneurial growth companies.
