- We’re looking for an Initiative Manager, Be a Client of UBS to:
- Contextualize GWM strategy and how it can be applied within Be a Client of UBS crews and pods
- Manage aspects of large scale, high complex initiatives/programs, which includes planning, execution, timing, quality, client satisfaction, and early identification of potential issues
- Manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests, and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
- Coordinate the tasks of the initiative among different divisions, streams, crews of different streams, and vendors
- Help resolve cross-stream conflicts and dependencies, align with stream/crew leads and facilitate reprioritization efforts
- Perform risk assessment, play an active role in risk mitigation and management, and maintain and monitor a risk management plan
- Ensure that the next quarter’s OKRs are included in the QBRs (Division) so that the initiatives are fully transparent and suitable priorities can be made

- You’ll be working in the GWM Be a Client of UBS stream and be based in Zürich focusing on the digitalization of Global Wealth Management together with a multinational team with members across different regions. **Your expertise**
- working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
- understanding and several years of experience of client lifecycle, preferably within the financial services industry
- strong banking business/process understanding, preferably in wealth management and/or retail & corporate banking
- strong analytical, communication and facilitation (workshops) skills
- excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to build a network of trusted partners in a global organization and able to collaborate with all levels within the organization
- Track record of delivering large change programs
- ability to take ownership and deliver results in a challenging client facing environment
- Highly driven and motivated with a desire to impact the organization
- Strong leadership and line management skills, including mentoring and coaching
