**Your role**
- UBS Art Collection in Asia Pacific is seeking a full-time Administrator based in Singapore to support operations in the region and function as part of a global team.
- Responsibilities include:
- art Collection management/activities
- branch and office displays
- legacy works project
- marketing initiatives
- education
- UBS Lounge display at art fairs in APAC
- contribute to development of global collection management standards and procedures
- support the team with administrative tasks and respond to requests
- Adherence to UBS corporate requirements

**Your team**
- You'll be working in the UBS Art Collection team in Singapore. UBS Art Collection is a global team that maintains, develops and displays a rich collection of paintings, photographs, drawings, sculptures and video art by some of the world's most significant artists from 1960 to the present.

**Your expertise**
- master’s degree preferably in art history, art administration, or similar
- interest in and/or knowledge of contemporary art
- written and spoken fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
- good knowledge of MS Office in particular PowerPoint, Excel and Word; Photoshop a plus
- highly organized and extremely motivated individual who is willing to go the extra mile
- detail-oriented with problem solving skills
- ability to embrace a client-service attitude and excel in a challenging, fast-paced and highly demanding corporate environment.
