- Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets, including revenue generation and placement goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- With or without experience is welcomed
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and client needs.
