Job Description
- Responsibilities
Finance- Assist in the compilation of management reports for financial reporting- Prepare, standardise and upload budget templates across countries- Explore process automation for compatibility with TM1- Input and verify property level budget data- Review and enhance financial data collation/reporting templates/processes (e.g. TM1 mapping, Financial Authority Limits for leases)- Explore AI to improve financial reporting and analysis processes
- Risk & Sustainability- Assist in the preparation and execution of the Annual Financial Risk Assessment of Key Tenants- Collect supporting documentation and analyse financial data to identify potential risk exposures and reporting of risk findings- Assist in gathering, organising, and analysing sustainability-related data and trends (e.g. environmental data)- Support the preparation of sustainability reporting- Collaborate with the team to conceptualise and develop AI-based tools to facilitate tracking and monitoring of existing and emerging risks and key emerging trends / issues and regulatory developments on sustainability / ESG- Support data integration and visualisation efforts to improve tracking and reporting efficiency and providing insights to key stakeholders in a timely manner
- Day-to-Day Departmental Support (as and when required)- Assist with the preparation of Trustee Instruction Letters- Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing finance, risk and sustainability initiatives- Perform any other projects or tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Requirements- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Accountancy, or any other related disciplines- Foundational knowledge in accounting and AI development / machine learning / data analytics- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (in particular, formulas, pivot tables, and data validation) and PowerPoint- Good communicator and team player and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across diverse backgrounds Closing Statement:
