Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

- To Coordinate meeting / appointment for internal and external stake holders.
- Manage mailing list
- send invitation and Coordinate RSVP'
- Support Board Secretariat
- compile meeting agenda and material in advance.
- Some paper work for appointments, renewals, cessations of directors and related board matters as assigned.
- Assist in Donor management
- collect and maintain data integrity: registry, CRM and measurement & evaluation.
- Additional Administrative duties as need arises.

Job Requirement:

- Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of work experience
- Strong organisational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS office & Excel
